Information you share with us.

Inquiry details

When you submit a website inquiry, we use your name, email, and any optional phone, company, property, market, and message details to respond and direct your inquiry to the appropriate Cultivate team. The current page, first page visited, referring page, and standard campaign tags may also be included so we can understand how inquiries reach us.

Private inquiry storage

Validated inquiries are saved in a private website inbox before we attempt an email notification. This allows our team to review your request even if email delivery is interrupted. Inquiry contents are not published on the website, and access to the inbox is restricted.

The active website inbox covers the most recent 90 days. Older website records are removed as new inquiries are processed, so final removal can occur after that period. Email correspondence and records used for an ongoing client relationship are handled separately.

Email delivery

Website inquiries are also processed by FormSubmit for notification to info@cultivatecommunities.com. FormSubmit is a separate service provider and maintains its own privacy terms. Our website and email service providers process information needed to operate these services.

Contact activity

We count form starts, saved inquiries, email notification results, and email-link clicks by date and website page. These aggregate counts do not include your form answers or contact details. A form start sends only the event name and page path when you begin entering information or submit the form. A marker in your browser helps count each form once per page during the current tab session.

In the browser, first-page and campaign context is also kept only for the current session. If you submit the form, that context is saved with the inquiry. This site does not use advertising cookies or follow you across other websites.

Abuse prevention

We validate submissions and use short-lived request records to limit spam. An inquiry reference helps prevent duplicate submissions and email notifications. Form values are sent in the request body, not placed in website URLs. Please do not submit account numbers, identification documents, or other sensitive records through the inquiry form.
